I've had the opportunity to watch games at Autzen Stadium twice... in 1992 and 2025.
In 1992 I took our German exchange student, Nadine, and her friend to an Oregon vs Arizona State football game.
In 2025, we had the distinct pleasure of complimentary tickets to the Oregon vs USC football game courtesy of Courtney and D'Anton Lynn (the Defensive Coordinator for USC).
Courtney, Lynn's niece, was about to give birth to their third child and couldn't come... still, she took the time to see that we had team/coaches family tickets.
Courtney and D'Anton had already treated us to a USC game last Auguist at the LA Coliseum where we had 50-yard-line seats and got to go onto the field with the team before and after the game.
We wore our USC jerseys (over a hidden Oregon t-shirt) to fit in with our seatmates... and we rooted for both teams.
It was cold, but the crowds were spectacular, the Autzen Stadium atmosphere electric, the game was great... D'Anton's USC did well, but Oregon prevailed 42-27.
